Traditional Martial Arts

Training in Martial Arts is a lifestyle of self-improvement.  No prior experience is necessary to start any of our classes.  Karate Classes are open to students ages 9 and up following an interview with both student and parents.  Weapons classes are generally restricted to adults and mature teenagers. Contact Sheena or David for more information about how to begin your training in Marital Arts.

Isshinryu Karate - Ages 9 and up!

Unlimited access to classes and in-house seminars.
Regular classes:

Kobudo - Ages 14 and up!

Currently included in class fees for SD students green belt and up. If you are not currently a SD student and are interested in this program, please contact us.
