I started training in martial arts in 2004, bringing over 18 years of martial arts experience to our programs. I began training in Iaido, Kenjutsu, Shindo Muso Ryu Jodo, and Isshinryu Karate, earning three Black Belts in these styles, and maintaining my studies in these arts to this day. In 2011, I started Samurai Dragons, a Traditional Martial Arts Dojo, with my husband, David Henderson. We teach classes at the Davis Family YMCA in Farragut, Tennessee.
